Default help cam??

im wondering,my wife has a a4 t/a she wants full exhaust and some cam action, is the tsp233/239 a good cam? and about what lift is it??? and what are some other good mild cams??

We really need more info about the car and how you use it?
Having said that, Something in the 224-upper 220's is usually good for a full bolt on car that needs to be a reliable DD. I consider the tsp233/239 to be in the lower range of a large cam, not that a lot don't DD bigger cams on here. I will report on my PredatorZ speced 230/234 .612/598 111+2 XFI/XE-R in the very near future. Should be a polite DD with lots under the curve without giving up too much up top. A4 with 3.23's and the mods below and hoping for +410/375. Others have done better with similiar setups but I don't wanna set my sights too high. Search around on here and you'll find what you want or get one of the gurus on here to spec you one. Good luck
