What kind of harness modifications are necessary to make this work in an f-body? (i.e. knock sensors, etc.)

You will need injector harnesses, map extension, and cam and knock sensor extension. These will run about $150.00 for all 3.

What about headers? I assume the exhaust bolt patterns are the same on the L76 as LS1 heads? Any warranty offered?

Can you give some info on the cam? i.e. How tame is it for DD duty (idle, mpg, etc)? I'm about to go pick up my refund check!

Thanks!

What he said^^^^^

Also is the 500hp with the manifolds or longtubes? Can I get the LS7 Clutch kit in place of the flexplate at a discounted rate?

Sorry it took so long guys! Cam specs are 214/218 - 559/562 112. Ratings are with long tubes and at the crankshaft. Hope this helps.

I have an LS4 Grand Prix (FWD) with the 5.3 in it. Do you (or anyobody) know if this can be swapped in? It already has a built tranny.
Thanks,
BJ

Are the engines assembled by SDPC or by GM as one can choose either 24x or 58x crank?

Will these engines work with the new GM LS Control Harness for ls2 and ls3 engines?

These are GM engines that come originally with DOD and 58X cranks. We do all the comnversions from 58X, DOD, and the 500/500 camshaft in house.

Thanks!
