Default Is there a smaller throttle body?

I have a 6.0L in my '70 Impala, with a Magnacharger on top of it. Cutting some reinforcement under the hood, the blower fits, but not the throttle boby! Not by much, though. I was wondering if there is somewhere a smaller throttle body available, with DriveByWire, maybe with the motor at the bottom...
I was also thinking about drilling new mounting holes in the throttle body in order to rotate it a bit counter-clockwise, to lower the motor, but I do not know if this a good idea...
What do you guys say?

The smallest is the C6 unit. Turn it over and put the motor on the drivers side on the bottom.

Here it is, installed with the motor up and on the passenger side. It's almost flush with the blower.
