Default Another P0154 question.

Was having issues with the 02 sensor, turns out the previous owner made is own 02 extensions, well the connections finally gave way and I threw a code and the car was running really sluggish. Took the 02 out and for a temp fix until a could pick up a new sensor, re-spliced the connections. Of the 4 wires, there were only 3 colors, white, purple, and 2 brown. I thought I connected everything right, but after driving awhile, the code never cleared itself, and the car was still sluggish. I picked up a new 02 today and put it in. Drove it for awhile, but the symptoms are still there. Any ideas?

I see you have hooker LT. I had an issue with the o2s with them not staying warm enough. I think it was an insufficent switching deal. But in any case I took them off and had the bung welded closer to the collector allso I used the vette o2s Bosch number 13111 for 99 and up vettes cured the problem.

Forgot to mention that I did get the Bosch vette 02s for both sides, just didn't get them at the same time. When I replaced my passenger side one, I don't really remember it acting up, but it did take a few days for the code to clear itself.

Yeah thats a start. But to fix it for good you will have to move the bunge closer to the collector. I had the same header its easy and cheap.

I got it. The passenger side O2 wasn't plugged in lol It looked like from a glance since the zip-tie was holding it right by the connector so it never hung down and I never noticed it lol.

Good deal!!!. But if the code ever pops up you know what to do. I would move it close to where the headers merge.
