Default First time at track

Today I went to the track for the first time. Altitude is 3075 ft. Here are my best results, actually from my very first run.

R/T: .053
60': 2.323
330: 6.202
1/8: 9.275
MPH: 80.04
1000: 11.906
1/4: 14.107
MPH: 102.61

For my first time out, with minimal mods, and at somewhat high elevation, I was happy with the 14.1.
Once I get a better rear end, some sticky tires, and driver mod, I think mid 13's are in reach.

Work on your launch... the car is fast, trapping 102, but if you can cut a 1.7 60' you'd be running low 13's.

Thats exactly what I'm thinking. But with water all over the track it seemed like, most of us on street tires were spinning hardcore. How well do the TA girdles work for the ten bolt? Since I'm not pushing big power, I was thinking a girdle, new gears since mine are going out anyway, and some ET streets just so I can get my launch down.
