Re: what is the compression on an ls1? Sounds normal to me. Depends how long you cranked the engine for while performing the test, and whether it was at WOT or not. Are you concerned that it may be too high?

Re: what is the compression on an ls1? no that it is too low, put ls6 heads on! i i cranked it over 6-7 times per. but did not hold it wide open
