2000 Formula Bolt on
Well today I went out to Engineered Victories and dyno'ed my car. Much to my suprise with only a little street tuning and the mods in my sig I laid 374hp and 380tq. It seems a little high but anything is possible. I also logged all my runs and everything looked very good with my ltft's at 0 and a full 28 degrees of timing. Any comments are welcome. I really now need to get a track pass to back this up.

Clayton you just wish you had 300hp at the crank! haha And on the readout I know its pretty basic, but it is definitly rwhp, because one of the guys that went with me with a 2000 six speed that only has a lid, laid 314rwhp. Now what I don't know is if those numbers are SAE or STD, maybe Stan knows. But either way the DA at the time of the run was about 1200. Its probably a little high but my tune was dead on when logging. I don't know I will take it with a grain of salt until I get some track times.

If you can't give credit where credit's due, then don't say anything at all.

I agree that it does sound a bit high but I believe it's possible w/ a factory freak. Starting w/ 310rwhp, guesstimations for mods are: 30rwhp for LT's, 20rwhp for TD's, 15rwhp for LS6 manifold and 10rwhp for lid. That would definitely put him at or around 374rwhp. Track numbers would be nice and would validate the numbers it made on the dyno.

I have a 2000 Formula with full bolt-ons and I find 374rwhp hard to swollow.
I went ~351.6rwhp and ~362.3rwtrq, but I have every bolt-on possible.
Custom ram air
Intake lid
Holley filter
Fernco coupler
Ported/polished and filled throttlebody
LS6 intake, with deleted EGR and 28.8lb injectors vs 26.6lb.
Stainless steel headers
No cats, Hooker catback
Underdrive pulley
NGK plugs
Custom tuning
In all my time on LS1tech I think I've seen some 02-03 cars get just over 360rwhp, but that's about it. Beyond that the engine has had other mods, and maybe the owner didn't know about them. Different rockers, small cam swap, etc.
Also my time in my sig was before:
-Ported/polished and filled throttlebody
-LS6 intake, with deleted EGR
-Underdrive pulley
-Custom tuning
That's when I was at about 325-330rwhp.

The best way to show the car has other modifications or the numbers are skewed is to post my dyno graph.
Look at how low of an rpm my car peaks in terms of hp.
If your car really is bolt-on only and the numbers are correct, the hp graph should look similar, only higher and possibly slightly moved to the right.
Not drastically moved to the right.
My car peaks around 5200-5300rpm.
Your car is peaking at ~6000rpm's, way too high for stock heads and cam.

^ that's a good point although I bet with an STD graph and good conditions you could probably have dyno'd similar.
I'm pretty sure the bolt-on record is around 380RWHP, but that's with everything (FAST_LS1, you don't have everyone possible), that includes Electric WP, CF Driveshaft, light weight clutch/flywheel, FAST 90/90 and duals.
Are his numbers hard to believe? Yea. Impossible? No.
