Default anyway to bleed abs without scan tool?

I had to pull the abs box to get a flare tool in where I burst my brake lines, I fitted them up with some unions. After reassembly and bleeding, car stops fine under light braking, but even at 20mph, I brake hard for the abs to kick in and it goes into a hard skid(rear tires locked fronts not) and whips me around almost 180... all that at like 20 mph. After narrowing it down, and pulling the abs solenoid fuse, it stops in a straight line again.. better than ever before probably. So I'm assuming I got air in the abs block. Is there anyway hot wire the abs block so it opens the valve like the program would do? or any other trick. Or does anyone know how much a stupid dealer charges for this.
