Default video of the TTT5 car we have (true street)

We got 3 new best tonight
5.62
5.64
5.65
1.32 60ft on the 275/60s

5.62@123 on 275/60 radials

5.62@122.x with a 1.38 60ft on the rear tires. We have the lowest mph in the class. I don't understand why they penalize us with more weight. We could really own in this class if they let us weigh the same as the regular SBC cars.

Hydrolic roller 408 with 10.0:1 compression and ported 317 stock castings. Ported GM carb style intake with a accufab TB and a Speedtec plate. Rossler glide with Niel Chance 5K converter. Billingsley fab 9in with 410 gears. We have 300 pills in the plate. This our best at this point on these little tires. We got some .5s but I don't know how much more then that. This is a street car.

Simply beautiful!

That is riding one out!

Congrats, car is almost a damn bracket car..... very consistant for such a small tire and large amount of gas.

Texastrueten5.com

limited to little radial tire or a 28/11.5 ET Street. Radials are much better. Single stage, no foggers, Only part that can be aftermarket on the body is the hood. This is a street car for sure. The motor will drive where ever for however long. The cell in the car limits it to not driving it on the street. We only use this car for TTT5 and other tire limiting races. 5.6s are not bad expecially for an LS1 nitrous car. Probably in the top 10 in the country and it is a street car. LOL

How the hell did you get that car to leave like that with that tire on the car? I tried like hell last year and couldn't leave off the brake with the 275/60 radial for anything.

Impressive to say the least!

It's great seeing an LS1 holding it down in TTT5. Do they limit you guys to a single stage?

Yes single stage. 1 n20 solinoid 1 fuel solinoid and 1 purge. Plates or nozzles only. No foggers. We have been at this for 2 years now. We are just now getting the car to run like is supposed to. We out 60ft everyone and plan on getting down in the mid 1.2 60fts on those tires. We just don't have the power that the other guys do. We want to pill it up but the car is running so well now, we just don't know. Either way it is very consistant. I got runner up in first TTT5 race, and made it through the first round of the second TTT5 race. We lost to the #1 qualifier. I need to work on my tree. If we can out 60ft them and tree them everytime we got it in the bag. Alot of the wins so far have been hole shots. .03-.07 reaction times. I want some .02s consistantly.

I leave off the 2step at 4800rpms. We have some tuning skills going on with the car via James Vicars. We have really got into the BS3 and minipulated the tables to do what we want. We can leave alittle harder. We have limiters on the car that are strapped down pretty tight. We can go tighter and we will to keep it from pulling nasty wheelies like that. I have put it on the bumper 2 times with those tires. I got on the bumper 260ft out last time and came down almost on the wall. Scratched the side of the car up on the gaurd rail but we didn't get that one on video.

Congrats again on getting the car running right. Sorry I didn't see in your prior post about the single stage. Talk about gettin it done on a little tire.

Are you meaning like a "direct port" setup when you say fogger?

Got runner up in the 1st race and made into the second round in the next race. We are doing well so far. If I can get me R/T down to some .02s, it will be hard to keep up with the T/A.

Thx for the compliments. I think the car sits right and looks really good.
