th400 prolblem please look and help

Default th400 prolblem please look and help

my transmission is leaking real bad and its on the driver side of the tranny pan. its not leaking in the front like I thought it was but it is leaking by the back. there is a hole in the back above the pan like something was there and it came out. what exactly goes there so I can fix my problem.

A plastic piece with a wire terminal in the middle for the detent solenoid.

It gets an o-ring around it.

The picture above is for a 700r4 but it will give you an idea. The one in your 400 probably has 1 single male terminal.

ok I will check the tranny shop for that part or can I get it at autozone
