Default Grinding with letting OFF the clutch...

This is my first 6spd car, so the Manual world is new to me...
I took my car to the track last night(Went a 11.42 @ 93mph/1000ft).
Made 5 passes and I noticed something after the 4th pass... When shifting ONLY to 2nd & 3rd I hear a grind under the shifter AFTER letting off the clutch... DOES NOT DO IT ALL THE TIME.... And I dont really notice it when going INTO the gear...

Also, Its hard to put into reverse SOMETIMES...
AND, sometimes it pops out of 3rd when cruising(never at WOT)

Ive looked at the history and the clutch has just under 20k miles and it DOES NOT feel like it slips ever...

Help me out here...!

mine was doing that then after I would do a burnout. Soon after I fried the clutch and replaced eveything inc. the bushing, slave, master and clutch. It is probabally a problem with your slave or bearing

Sounds like you've got some internal issues with your transmission. The popping out of gear is not a clutch issue.

I dont fell like its a clutch issue... I was driving around this morning and this time it grinded going it to 1st gear when I was pulling in my drive way(did not come to a stop, slowly rolling goin into 1st) and when I released the clutch it did a slight grind.... Also did it going into 3rd, so I pulled it out and put it in neutral, released the clutch, then put it back in and it grinded again AFTER releasing the clutch... And then did it in 5th, and that was the first time for 5th gear to grind...

So, its grinded for 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 5th
And is hard to get into reverse and pops out sometimes...

I need help!
