Default problem after tune

Well i got the car dyno tuned with hp tuners at CDP in springfeild. Immediatly after the tune, my SES has been coming on, the car spits and sputters really bad at particular rpm's, seems to be worse when the engine is not fully warmed yet. Also seems to be worse when in a higher gear. Any ideas? The guy said to bring it back, which i will obveously do, but i want some ideas to guide him to what needs fixed.

You shouldnt need to guide him. Take it back to him and let him do his job.
