I sold my ws6 a few months ago and now I really regret selling it. I am going today to look at this car. What do you think if I offered them 6K cash? http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.jsp?ct=u&car_id=243943778&dealer_id=6556139&car_year=1999&model=TRANSAM&num_records=100&systime=&make2=&start_year=1998&keywordsfyc=&keywordsfyc=&keywordsrep=&keywordsrep=&engine=&certified=&body_code=0&fuel=&awsp=false&search_type=both&distance=100&marketZipError=false&search_lang=en&make=PONT&keywords_display=&color=&page_location=findacar%3A%3Aispsearchform&min_price=&drive=&default_sort=priceASC&max_mileage=&style_flag=1&sort_type=priceASC&address=35630&advanced=y&end_year=2009&doors=&transmission=Automatic&max_price=&cardist=100

I've never seen my battery gauge at that mark, EVER. That, and what looks like a broken wheel stud, or just no lugnut, looks nice.

Only one way to find out if they will take it.

The wheel issue looks like just one of the plastic caps that go over the actual metal lug nut. I thought this was a common problem with our cars. I know I have replaced several of them on my car over the years I have owned it. They either fade from being in the sun quite a bit or strip and fall off the lugnut. Either that or some other f-body ahole is too cheap to buy them and is stealing mine. HAha. :engarde: other than that the car looks to be in good shape. Go over the basics and check for nitrous hookups and whatnot around the intake manifold. If it is ok I would offer them around $6,500 if it was me. They might go for $6,000. Only one way to find out.

I KNOW !!!! If only I would have listened to those smarter than I :bang::bang::bang::bang: ... Car has been in an accident on the right side (thus they didnt show a picture of that side), seat torn, and they dont give very much info on the car so I think I will keep looking around.

I'm telling you right now. I sold my SS to get a Z28, if you had a WS6 before buy another WS6. I don't know what it is, but it's just not the same.

idk, but there was a car identical to that one on ebay a few months back at a place in Wichita, KS. was a right side wreck with clean title. same color, same everything. could be the same car. It brought like $4800 on ebay. could be the same car, but most likely it isnt

Take a little time and find the RIGHT one...Just don't settle. I very nearly settled on a Z28 that was closer to home and the color that I really wanted and ended up stumbling upon the great find that is my car. It was my second color choice, but had 1/3 of the mileage of the other car and was only about 2K more in price.

great price!!! Take off 500 or so and it's a steal. Shit, i sold my v6 firebird with 104K miles for 5500, a year or so ago... Take it, who gives a crap what tranny it is. Stall, shift kit and gears, and you good to go.
