Default T56 Builders

I'm going to get a basic rebuild kit (syncros/rings/keys etc... no bearings) and rebuild my t56, Anyone have a link to a step by step process. I've got a lot of mechanical experience but not much with manual trans, just basic idea. Any help would be nice, Thanks.

There is a complete write up on Ls2.com with very detailed pictures. I used it on my first couple now I'm on my 18th one.(Not my own 18 times, 18 different cars)

That's the manual I used for my first rebuild, it's a good one. Just take your time and keep everything in order......the t56 is a pretty straightforward transmission to rebuild, no little loose needle bearings to pack like the old 4 speeds.
