What should I look for in heads if i decide to get a set?

What would be some good ones for my application?

Mainly street car, summer nice day car that sees some strip.

I bought PRC 5.3 Stage 2.5's and had them mill them to 59cc chambers. I also run a .040 Cometic. This was put together with the intention of running my (now removed) Torquer V3. I spec'ed it through Jon Reynolds at TSP.

You will have to flycut if you decide to mill to 59cc's. I measured with clay prior to cutting and had next to nothing for clearance on the intake side (with the T3). I still flycut even though I switched to another cam.

I still like the heads even with the much smaller 228R. A good deal for the money.

So...in a nutshell..... if you are looking for a good quality budget head.....the PRC 5.3 Stage 2.5's are a steal.

In the Dyno forum guys have posted graphs that show 420-430 HP and high 300's on torque with heads unmilled and all the bolt ons. I am not sure of their track times, though.

I agree those PRC 2.5 5.3 Heads will work awesome with TV3.

Dont get 59cc if you're planning to spray 150shot the Unmilled heads comes with 62cc
from TSP if I remember correctley.
