How much RWHP on a bolton ls1 with NOS 5177 and 125 jets? How much RWHP on a bolton ls1 with NOS 5177 and 125 jets?
I have a lid and loudmouth right now. I used to pull 325 rwhp before the Midwest 3000 stall and ET streets. Now it is at 305rwhp after a MTI tune. I have Jet hot headers in the garage and am about to order thier catted Y pipe.
My question is do you think the 5177 @125 and headers will put me over the 400RWHP mark or do I need to step up to a wet kit for that?

The dry kit is a good safe kit if used for what it is designed for 5177 is a great way to make a quick 75 to 100 hp if interested in 5177 kit give me a call or if i can answer any questions thanks 203 619 4732 GUY FROM EASTSIDE PERFORMANCE

Re: How much RWHP on a bolton ls1 with NOS 5177 and 125 jets? So I guess a conserative guess of shot hp vs rwhp is %70%. So 125 would give the average user about 87hp to the wheels? On the dry 5177 of course. We know wet makes more.

Re: How much RWHP on a bolton ls1 with NOS 5177 and 125 jets? I have the 5177 kit. With a 100shot I increased my rwhp by 84hp. My baseline run was 311rwhp and the n2o was 395. Haven't tried the 125shot yet. My baseline run sucked...I lost 23hp somewhere in the last few months. I took the hpp3 programming out, I removed the air temp module, changed my plugs from the tr55's to the tr6's, and gutted my cats. Could have been any of that I guess.
