Just a friendly heads up. I ordered a gear set and was told they would try to ship on Monday since I had an appointment for an install on Sat. Thats fine cause even if they shipped on Tues I should be ok. Well here comes Friday and not even a tracking number yet. I call and hear oops no one told you we dont have the gears. What to do? They said they can sub a different brand. I say fine send them I can trade my sat. appt for a tues appt.They say well we dont have those either but we get an order on Monday and they should be in it. I say Ok over night because shop says next appt is 2 weeks. They say Ok just give us an additional $118 and then we will send them to you. Just doesnt seem fair. So I'm just sayin keep a good eye on your orders unless it doesnt matter when you get your parts.
PS After expressing my dismay and disatisfication they reduced the shipping to only $98!

Its unfortunate, these gears are made overseas, sometimes they may go on backorder unexpectedly, lately 3.73 and 3.90 gears have been out time to time.
I'm sure if thunder had $118 profit in the gears they would have gladly overnighted them for you.

Yes, there is always a solution. If only people would tell you the problem, instead of finding out the hard way, then the solution might have a different outcome. Live and learn as they say.

I have offered to try and resolve this matter with you almost 2 weeks ago. After emailing back and forth I thought you were ok with the situation. I need to know what you want/need/expect so that I can try and resolve this issue. From what Angie told me, you were only charged the difference between overnight shipping and ground less $20. I am still not sure what I need to do.
