Default 02 sensor heater, catalyst monitors not ready

What's up. I disconnected my battery and the 02 sensor heater and the catalyst monitors aren't ready yet or are incomplete. I have driven 215 miles of highway/city driving, with trips no less than 15 miles each, and they are still incomplete. Does anybody have any tips, advice, or experience with this? I failed a NYS inspection and the extension has only a few more days left. I tried the drive cycle but I'm a little confused on the decelerate to 20mph from 55mph without touching anything part. I have an M6. My car really didnt like that in 5th gear, and to drive in 4th at 55mph is 3,000 rpm's for 3-5 minutes steady. I dont know which way to go about that. It's either seriously lug the motor for 30 seconds or rev at 3,000 rpm for 3-5 minutes. Thanks.
