Default Window regulator or just motor?

I am about to pick up a window motor for my car at autozone. The guy asked me if I need the regulator too or just the motor. I just said motor, but now I just want to make sure.

if your window is all the way down and when you roll it up it stops and you have to wait a little bit to hit the button so it can go up a little bit more, then its your motor. i replaced the window motor on my camaro not to long ago. i doubt you need a regulator but you can get one if you want. f bodys dont have supported windows so the motor is relying all on its self to push it up . hope that helps

For the most part F-Bodys go through motors and haven't heard about the regulators needing to be replaced. Just go with the motor

You may not even need a whole motor...
