Default 224/224 114lsa results

Results:

I was hoping for 400 but am completely happy with 392. It is my DD so I was not after every last HP. What I like most is the nice steep TQ curve throughout. My car has full bolt-ons and was tuned by the guys over at TTPerformance.

12-bolt and rebuilt trans is next.

Nice numbers!! If you want to hit 400 you could get your tb ported and throw on underdrive pulley.

Thank you. I forgot to put it in my sig but I installed an UDP along with the cam.
From the Cam and UDP I gained 42 rwhp but only 15 rwtq. The throttle body port is a good cheap idea. I know if I make my car breath a little it will hit 400, but I can't use any of this power anyway cause of my puny drivetrain

Good numbers!!!

Guy around here had a 99 Formula M6 with pretty much the same setup as you.... 224/224, but on a 112lsa with longtubes and true duals and put down 375rwhp/375rwtq.

I thought about that. My bro dyno'd with and with out a cutout and he gained about 4. Ive had my K&N air filter on for about 50K miles now, maybe a new one will boost me a HP or two.

very good numbers, above average

it normally takes our SI5 228/228 cam to reach 400rwhp in a combination like that

Close to my cam only #'s. I did 38Xrwhp / 370 rwtq with the TR224 cam. It's a great cam. You'll love it.

They are, your right, ill just clean it off.
Good to hear all the positive reviews. I've always heard a lot of great things about the 224/224 cams, im confident ill be happy with it for a long time.

It's not just any 224 cam that gets the rave reviews. Only the TR224. Not all 224's are created equal.

It does I love it. Drives like stock, but power is there when I want it. Plus the idle and WOT is a huge improvement.
