After lunch we will decide what to do for sure because there is TONS to do within minutes, Alligator Farm, Ripley's, The Fort, Outlet Malls, Adventure Landing, so there is plenty to do after lunch.

JAX AND GEORGIA CREW FEEL FREE TO MEET UP AROUND 2ish - 230 at the Baymeadows and 9A Winn Dixie at the front of the parking lot closest to baymeadows. I wanna plan to roll out about 230 which would put us at Sonny's by 3. I was running late last time so I know things come up we'll just take it as it comes, it worked out fine last time.

I am going to check on one of the bigger pavilions on the "inside" if hannah park, if there are no objections to hannah park. By saying the "inside" of hannah park I mean the lakeside not oceanside. I am also going to check on a couple places in Daytona.

It's looking like June 22nd, I am checking into a couple locations, Daytona for one I MIGHT MIGHT MIGHT and I STRESS MIGHT, can get us INSIDE the track(infield) for pictures, I HIGHLY DOUBT IT but I am going to try,the only reason I am trying is because my Dad used to be a Winston Cup Official and still has a FEW strings he MIGHT can pull but no promises. IF NOT I still might try and find us a spot in Daytona to park eat and hang out and then we can cruise and take pics, and kinda do what we did at the last meet, I think everyone had a good time. If that doesn't work out I think we could pull off a hannah park gig, and bring food to cookout, and Denise bring some 'CHILI" that would be nice also.

As of now my car and I should be good to go.

Oh yeah its on for sure, the last meet I kinda threw together turned out very well I think and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves also.We even got some pretty sweet video of the group riding together if MATT WOULD POST IT LMAO. Just kiddin Matt but seriously POST THAT STUFF.The only thing NOT definate is the "Inside Daytona International Speedway hookup" BUT, the meet is a go otherwise I am kinda fishing ideas right now so post up ideas and I will shop it out.

My only thought is that Daytona is kind of far for a Sunday cruise. I'm down regardless, but I could see it affecting turnout, just due to people not wanting to ride 90 miles each way. As far as suggestions go, I mentioned something a while ago concerning A1A to Fernandina. :)

I still say let's meet in Ormond or Daytona and get lunch, then drive the "loop". The loop is what all the bikers ride and is a beautiful, maybe 10 mile drive over by Tomoka Park. It ends up right on A1A on the beach.

I hear ya, The A1A ride to Fernandina would be nice too or maybe even A1A from Jax to St. Aug.
The Loop would be awesome in Daytona.
And yes even though I wasn't able to make it the last Daytona meet was huge so I've heard. Great Ideas, keep em coming and everyone post your thoughts on any of these places so we can get a collective opinion.

i would advise stopping at the outlet center...theres plenty of parking and some places to eat..going into downtown st. aug would be hell on a sunday when the beach season has just started....

WGV was in April it was a good meet, we did some cruising afterwards but that was PRE-4.00 a gallon gas, I am game but I don't know how many people wanna ride around and stuff. It doesn't matter to me, there is SOME kind of little minature amusement park BEHIND the ST Aug outlets AND there is a Sonny's right there with a bunch of parking, just food for thought.

Well that sounds good to me, everybody else post on up your opinions, Jacob brought up a good point about the St. Aug outlets, and I remembered that they have that amusement park that is now an adventure landing there, and Sonny's is RIGHT THERE. So if everybody is cool with this we will set it up for then and there.

Oh and they are open until 9pm, so we could leave Jax around 230ish-3 like last time and get to sonny's and meet everyone coming from the south and surrounding areas there around 4ish and eat about 430ish then go to Adventure Landing Park till it closes or we get tired. They have batting cages, go karts, putt-putt,arcade, and a couple other things.

There is a much better track in Daytona Beach just across from the Speedway.

Well with Gas Prices bending everyone over at the moment, I think St Aug would be a nice "in between" venue for a meet.

I'll go to either place, but I'll toss my vote for St Auggie, simply because of Josh's point of gas prices.

Excellent idea. Archer Rd. is full of restaurants and very large parking lots.

Why don't we meet the day before even? The 21st of June has a big show at Destination Daytona in Ormond Beach. Had like 400 cars last month, just a thought. Usually people start to roll in around 5ish....I'm going for sure.

I still say if we stick to the 22nd, Daytona area and then drive the loop.

The ale house in Gainesville has a humungous parking lot and decent food. But, there was just a meet a few months ago in Ocala which isn't too far away. And the people being mindful of daytona due to distance probably won't like the extra drive to Gainesville. Personally I think that would be great, since it's a lot closer to me. But I understand there's a lot more people than the few of us in Ocala wanting to meet that are in the Jax area.

theres plenty of people IN gainesville...ocala...and st. augustine...those three places shouldnt have an issue...orlando's drive is about the same or slightly more then jacksonville...and weve already been to daytona...while it was nice...it was crowded and like i said weve already been there...theres a SR that goes from 95 to gville...i dont see where there would be an issue there...no one in jacksonville is requesting the meet to be here...because of the drive and gas for everyone else even though we could have alot of people...however gville seems like the most centerally located place...people from tampa could even make this meet due to 75 being right there...just my .02

Last meet was in Jax at the world golf place I think. The one before that was at the NPD in Ocala. Gainesville=more exciting that Ocala......and I live in Ocala.

St Aug would be fun, Somewhere in G-Ville would probably be fun, as would Daytona. But keep in mind all the "I'll be there" people that are all about certain places sometimes are the ones that "can't make it" last minute. Now don't get me wrong things do come up and we all understand that. But just a thought, I think the people from the last one or two immediate meet/s should pretty much make the decision where the next one should be at since they were at the last one, everyone else can just kinda toss in ideas. I just think it should be left kinda up to the "dedicated" so to speak people and not the people that only make the meets once in a while(year). NO OFFENSE to anyone I just kinda think it should be approached like that. Any thoughts on this ?
