Aeroforec gauge malfuntion?

Default Aeroforec gauge malfuntion?
I posted in the apperance section but did not get any help. I got a new Aeroforce gauge today and installed it. It would only blink on twice then power down. The buttons do not seem to push in at all. Should they? I have it plugged into the OBDII port and it should got to the menu program i assume What am i doing wrong? Or is the gauge screwed up?

i ordered mine last week but havent recieved it yet. a friend has it tho and his buttons push in. is the aeroforce interceptor?
