Default PRC 2.5 5.3's. What should I expect?

I'm currently running the X1(230/228 .592/.571 112lsa) w/LT's, M6 and am going to be putting these heads on. Any ideas on what kind of numbers I should put down??

I'd like to know as well! I'm installing my X1 hopefully this next weekend. I was considering these heads too.

What power does the car make currently? We typically see 40-45rwhp depending on milling with the install or PRC Stage 2.5 5.3l heads

Please go dyno it! I'd like to see the before/after comparison. Is it a LS1 or LS2 GTO? I don't see the year on your sig. Does the cam sound mean?

Nah his car is slow, I'd say 350rwhp MAX! Psych! By the way to anyone who asked it's a 2004 GTO...LS1...I thought you were going to go with the 1.5's? I remember bringing up the 2.5's to you, because that's really all I see people running, not many 1.5's. When are you planning on getting them? Already ordered? Probably stick you around 420-430rwhp, but I guess it really depends on where your #'s are right now. You'll Have no problem at all getting sideways, not like you do anyway

You should get it dyno'd soon, before the heads, and then after. I'd go with ya to see what I am making too, we could probably get a group to go and save some money on the runs.

Word.

I was thinking maybe 347rwhp Nick...lol. Def. going w/the 2.5's. For the extra 100 bucks you can't go wrong. I've seen cam only(shorties and UD pulley) on here w/the X1 in an '99 Camaro pull 412rwhp... I'd be happy sitting around the 430 mark w/sizeable torque(hopefully 400+). I might have Carl dyno it tomorrow, we'll see how it goes...

Cam installs on LS motors are cake walks compared to old school small blocks... Throw it in there...

Yeah you should bring it over tomorrow morning. I will be there with my car. It's a mustang dyno so it will read low, but you could convert it to see what it should be a on dynojet. He's gonna dyno mine to see how much is gained from the tune. I'm very excite (borat)!!!

You'd probably pick up 40 rwhp with unmilled 2.5s and 45 rwhp with milled, higher compression versions.
