Default SDCE How much boost (estimate)

Motor is being forged and will have stock heads and 9.5 compression. I have a D-1SC w/ sdce with a 7.25 in crank pulley and 3.4 in blower pulley. I am only going to spin the motor to 6300.........I have headers, tr224, fast 90, and twin 4.5" intercoolers..

do you think this will be over 15psi?

yea...347

with the 6-rib and a 3.4" blower pulley (was slipping) I was seeing 10psi on the gauge and 2-bar map sensor was showing 12psi....but then again, I wasn't watching the gauge on the street

I just don't want to go over 15psi

you'll be spinning the blower a little above 55,000 rpm's. I'm gonna say about 13psi. my last 347 set-up made between 13-14psi at 57,000 but that was at a 7,000rpm shift point. 8 rib 7.65/3.85 D1SC with no belt slip.

It should be about 16-17psi with that pulley combo on a 346. My 402 was seeing about 16.3 with the 7.25" crank and 3.4" blower pulley. Just make sure you don't have any boost leaks, and that the belt is isn't slipping.

With a 222/228/115LSA, 9.5:1 347 I saw around 16psi at sea level at 6300rpm with the D1SC 7.25/3.4. That was with a FMIC so you will probably see a little less, depends on the DA you usually run in as well..

I was seeing 10-11 pounds of boost with almost the exact set up except it was a P1SC. So you will be above that for sure.

I had the same cam with 205 AFR's. With the 3.7 blower/ 7.25 lower sdce I saw almost 15#'s of boost but thi was at 7000rpm. Im sure you would see close to what your looking for.

I don't think you will be over 15psi

we saw 13psi with 3.85 and 7.65" pulley setup on an Fbody with D1SC race system.
