Default Spark Plug issue

Spark plug driver side by the power steering is giving us trouble. We tighten it all the way but it sticks out of the much further then the others. It also gets much tighter much quicker. Is this normal? Its not cross threated we checked.

Could be going in crooked. Check the threads on the plug? Might have a broken plug. Maybe pull a different plug and try it in that hole.

Tried that with a plug that is known to already go in smooth. Still occurs
