TCI transmission control and lock up converter

TCI transmission control and lock up converter I was wondering if it is possible to program the TCI TCU unit to lock the converter in 3rd gear at WOT? I have a Vig 3 disc so it can handle it. I maybe buying one, or going with a manual valve body. I am undecided at this point. Suggestions?

Just for information I called RPM transmissions and they advised me to go with the TCI TCU and I also called TCI and they advised me that I can program the TCU to lock the converter up at WOT. So.. if anyone ever has that same question, here you go.
