Default Anyone ever use these headers?

I don't really feel that a set $600 dollar set of headers to the best way to spend money for a swap on a tight budget. I 've read of guys modifying F body headers without much trouble to fit an A body like mine.

The headers in question are these:

There are several other people/places selling what looks to be the same headers on ebay for around the same price. I'm wondering exactly how cheesy they are? I dont see anything wrong with stainless, but they look like they might be a little thin? Anyone ever try them, just in a regular 98-02 Fbody, or a swap?

hooker headers dropped in from the top of the engine for me, no fenageling with them. Took all of 6 minutes to install them. Go with a trusted brand it will save you from a potentially huge head ache

we've got a gp on the edelbrock stuff and we have one set left. 500 plus shipping beats all the prices and the edelbrocks are stainless vs the hookers mild steel.

Even $500 seems like a lot for headers... I could see spending like $250-300 max. I dont mind finding a used set of F body headers or something and modifying them to save a couple undred dollars. Thanks for the input guys.
