LS6 Heads

I am in the same boat, I just picked up a low mileage set myself, there are people running in the .550 or so range. Honestly I have read anyone who had a problem, but then people say they have broke them on a bone stock z06, so I don't know.

You could get Patriot Golds (up to .650" lift) for $255/set or the Patriot Extremes (up to .660" lift) for $275/set and run whatever cam you want.
I've been running a .641"/.644" lift cam on the Golds for 13k miles, just pulled the valve covers a couple days ago, they still look and feel brand new.

By that, I mean, that I couldn't push any of them open, and "they felt" like they were still holding at the same pressure as they were when I put them in. Thanks for your commentary, but I'm not a moron.
