Default Need some help, cars acting funny

Alright here we go, figured I'd go and change my spark plugs before O.C., got the regular TR6's for it and put them in, at the same time i figured i help seal up my slip on header collectors with some muffle putty as well not alot just a little bit.......took the car out and in any gear (6 speed) and very low RPM (1500 or so) if I press on the gas it feels like it has a very bad misfire but goes away once the RPM's get up in to 2500-3000 range, I changed the wires then since they were old and it still doesn't....note that this only started after I did spark plugs and sealed up the collectors. My next step will be to pull all the plugs back out. Any ideas.......could it be a cracked plug???
