Default Idle Tuning issues. Need advice.

First things first, idle never has been great in this car as far as turning the key and it runs on its own, always had to press the pedal for a bit.
Just did a 4l80e swap.
Car is same at idle, also when backing up or forward at that it wants to surge at times. Low rpms are touchy at times basically, whole car surges with rpm.
I dont have the two pins on the shifter hooked up to tell the pcm that its in park or neutral....same settings for idle etc...whether in drive or park.
Is this a timing issue, fuel issue?
Link with my hptuners file.

Mate it sounds like an Airflow issue. And that you need a hell of a lot more of it. Crank up your parked airflow and do a RAFIG for dialling in desired airflow.. That will get you most of the way there.

Just research idle airflow mate, you'll learn a lot of good stuff. I use EFI LIVE so I can't offer too much help on the dealings with HPT. But I'm sure someone will chime in soon enough to help u out.

Basically you are just logging the trims and making adjustments to the tables.
