adjustable panhard woes

Default adjustable panhard woes
so i was adjusting the panhard on the car and guess i went to far, the rod end came out of the adjuster thing and stripped the bolt alittle. Can i just use a tap and die to fix this?

what thread size and pitch are these too since ill need to know which tap and die to get
