Default QTP cutout repair

Hey guys, I have the QTP electric cutout on my 2001 Camaro SS. I've had it on for about four years or so. Anyhow-tonight I noticed it was not working...I crawled underneath the car and where the gears are all located-that portion of the cutout came loose in the middle and it was just dangling. (It is the metal area between the butterfly valve and where the electric wires enter into the cutout) Is the cutout broke or can it just be put back together?

Same thing happened to me a couple years ago, contacted QTP and even though it was out of warranty they offered to fix it for $30 + shipping - don't know if they still do it.
