Whining from rear end passenger side

Whining from rear end passenger side Was driving the other day and out of nowhere I hear this steady whining coming from the rear end passenger side... once i hit about 30 it starts whining and is steady unless i take my foot of the gas or go below 30 mph, a buddy of mine mentioned wheel bearing? any thoughts would be appreciated!
