Default rod end question...

I'm pretty sure my passenger rear lower control arm is loose because I can definitely hear a clunking noise coming from back there. It is a Spohn adjustable poly/rod end. Is there any way to tighten that rod end or do I need to buy new LCA's?

If the rod end is bolted to the chassis and the poly end to the body, you should not hear it clunk. It is either loose or worn out. And I have seen the rod ends for sale separately (no, I don't remember where, but I do recall seeing them) so complete replacement would be overkill.

Ok, thanks guys. I'm gonna check that jam nut tonight. Hopefully that's it.

The rod bearing was definitely loose. And just to let everyone know, if you didn't already, that Spohn has replacement rod ends on their website. You just have to specify left thread or right thread.
