LS6 intake
I've done a search on this to no avail. I have a LS6 itake on my 98. Is there any way to better the LS6? No $ for a FAST.
Is there a guide on porting my LS6 intake or better yet can it even be done?

It can be ported, but there really isn't much material there to remove, so it's not going to worth the effort really. Besides, if you're on stock heads, you're not going to gain much from porting the intake. You'd be better off porting the MAF and throttle body, if you haven't already.

There are stories of people porting the ls2 who get almost as good of results as the fast, you just have to get the ls2 fuel rails which is a bonus, and you have to get an adapter for the ls2 throttle body. It might help you some but then you have to pay another 400 or so for a tune. You probably already know this but looking at your mods you need at least some milled 243 heads, even then your ls6 would be plenty. So yeah ported ls2 intake look it up, decide, let us know.
