Default Can MAF flow be used to calculate horsepower or Inj duty cycle?

I am trying to figure out if the dyno is reading incorrectly (which i think it is)...

Ive got a injector duty cycle of 119% (which im going to swap to 42lb'ers tomorrow). MAF Air flow of 40.31 lb/min. Map peak was 98 kpa.

and im getting a peak rwhp of 310 rwhp with converter locked.

The shop next door to mine just got a brand new $50k+ mustang dyno installed. full eddy current, dragstrip simulator (which is BAD ***) etc. This is the first car that has been strapped to the dyno to test its function etc. Brand new.

We just finished putting together my 00 SS (stock short/heads, 234/238 @ 111 camshaft, fast 92/92, 4l60e,edge 4000rpm stall, 4.10's stock rear, longtubes/true duals, stock 26# injectors, all bolt-ons etc..

I expected the car to put down about 400-415rwhp on a dynojet and I put a nice street tune in the car before we started. 27.5 degrees of timing, no knock retard. The car hasnt been driven since all the modifications but it put down a max of like 310 rwhp with the converter locked. I expected 380-390 with it being a mustang dyno but those results seems pretty unbelievably low.

We made a full 1/4 mile run with the eddy current set to 3500lb race weight and chose the aerodynamic file for a 00 camaro.
Car ran a 11.55 @ 113 with a 1.50 60ft. Launching the car on the dyno is pretty cool, it dead hooks with no effort.

I logged the run and attached the hptuner file to this

There is something wrong with your B2S1 O2 sensor, or you have a very bad exhaust leak or vacuum leak on the passenger side.
