Default What is the diffrence between a Formula and a Trans. Am?

I am looking at a formula and was wondering what the difference is?

No ground effects, different rear bumper cover, different front bumper cover, much less pronounced spoiler. Know what a base V6 looks like? Well, that what a Formula looks like, except it has an LS1 under the hood

like he said, and Ive heard the formulas are a little lighter to but I dunno for sure.

its priceless when a 4.6 stang pulls up beside you thinking he is beside a 3.8 firebird..

so guys if you could get 99 formula 66k miles for 7000 would you
I looked at 2 convertibles today one was a little worn for me both were LS1's

Remove the EGR device blocking the intake on the early LS1 rides. (there is alot of info available on that here and online).
Or swap to an LS6 intake (2001,2002 LS1 car came with the LS6 Intake)
for a nice H.P. gain on the motor.
I did it on my Dk Blue '98 some years back, and picked up 1.5 tenths...for real.
Formula's also have lighter seats and rear hatch's than T/A's, and I've had no "water in the signal lights" problems with the differnt Formula's different frontal design.
