Default another sct xcal2 question..

can i do everything my hpp3 did like adjust shift points, firmness and recal my speedo?

It is a custom tuning device only, no on device adjustments, but your tuner/dealer can setup any combination you want on the device, using a full custom tuning software that programs the device.

Ryan is correct, They are better than a hpp3 because the company you use to set up the sct can set up the car for EXACTLY what it needs to be instead of a generic setup and the shiftpoints should be correct when you get the sct unit if the tuner knows what he is doing.

it needs to be programmed for your vin, and if you find somebody selling one programmed for your vin and your modifications for that price, they're selling it way way under thier cost

Umm yah, 100 bucks is cheap. I would doubt they would be programmed for your exact truck. So it would not work untill you get it set up for your vehicle.
