Nice numbers. Are you going to the drag races at Fontana tomorrow? If so I will be in the grey 1989 GTA Trans Am. We have similiar numbers so it would make for a good race. :D

OK you were not far from us. I saw your car as we were East of you a couple of rows. Broke my driveshaft on the dyno a couple of months ago around 6300rpm. I went to a custom 3" aluminum driveshaft. By the way for comparison my motor dyno'd 370rwhp and 365rwtq. I ran a 12.29 @ 110.41. So yes your car has a LOT more in it.

that driveshaft i twisted was 3 inches. CJ from CMS suggested i go with a 3.5 inch

great numbers, wish i would have gotten them aswell but i need practice, that was my first time at the 1/4 with the car.

first time out, and i broke something, way to start huh

Yep, just takes some practice and finding out how to hook your car up at the line. You will only get better from here. :D

Dont feel too bad about busting that D/S... There were a total of 12 breakages on the track... 95% of them were either Driveshafts or rearends.. The track was prepped REALLY WELL.. best I have ever been on. Loads of VHT and the day before we were there, they hosted a MOPAR event, so we were launching on a combination of a lot of VHT and a lot of race rubber.

Your car has a lot more in it... What were your 60' times? Scan some copies of your timeslips and post them up.

i will scan them and post them up by tomorrow

Nice numbers Raptor. Damn, those driveshafts look like they're made of tinfoil. I might have to take the goat up there to your track and get a few runs in. I haven't been to a track for a few years and they only have an 1/8 mile track here in SD.

369 whp = 108-110 trap? are you racing @ 5000' or something?

my lid/flowmaster muffler only stock tune stock everything went 109 @ 2800', full weight. i guess i have a 370whp lid/muffler car?

I've always thought that particular dynojet reads too high. Now I am sure of it. No offence against the shop, they are probably the best in CA.

Dynapacks tend to read a good amount higher, Haddad's dyno tends to make more torque than any others in our area. But they are AMAZING for tuning, they can sense the slightest changes along with the ability to load the car at any rpm

On a typical dynojet the car would have been good for 340RWHP and 345RWTQ roughly

Interesting, I had no idea that was the case.
