Default Wipers Won't Go Down All the Way

Like the title says, I used my wipers once earlier this year and when I turned them off they didn't go down all the way. They go where they would go if you have them on delay. You can't push them down any farther by hand either.

Never had this problem before and I'm not sure what I need to do to fix it.

My wipers wont go down either. I can push mine down by hand but at high speed they creep back up. Would like to fix mine also.

Mines different because I can't push them down by hand.

Try checking to see if all the pins have a good contact or if all your wires are good. Sounds like not all the wires are connected.

I like the same type of issue and my connector wasn't in all the way.
