Drag Racing Tech - Strange Dual Caliper Bleeding, (Long)

Over the winter I did the K Member and also added Strange dual caliper rear brakes, (amongst other things). After putting in all new front brake lines and new rear lines on the axle, I got around to bleeding. Tried the pedal method, Mighty-Vac and gravity bleeding.

The fronts, (which had all new lines and the system emptied), seem to work fine. The rears however, will not grab. The car has no ABS and a line lock with a proportioning valve. I have bled every bleeder, (eight on each side), and still I have to pump the brakes in order to get the rears to hold. This is with the car in the air and turning the rear wheel by hand.

Any ideas, or suggestions are appreciated. The car has been on jacks since October of last year and I'd hate to have to burn it before I drive it again.

Are the brakes brand new? Don't know if its the same but Aerospace said that they need a couple of passes to seat the o-rings. Apparently they roll back in the bore and you will need to pump them. Once the o-rings are seated they won't roll back and no need to pump. Aerospace said I need to make 10-15 passes before they will seat.

No they are not. But, they have been sitting for a while.

Do you have the kit with one caliper on top and one to the rear?? If so you will have to remove the top caliper and let it slide around the rotor till the bleeders are straight up.

Thanks Madman, I'll give it a try.
