New LS1 Owners - Newbie Tech - Removing pass. seat belt?

Hey guys, well the passenger seatbelt loop broke off of, and I installed a new one. But my question is, how do I remove the belt so I can slip it through the loop? I just find it annoying that its not in. Help. :confused:

Unbolt it from the anchor on the floor - pry the plastic cover off, unbolt it (T50 torx) and slide the latch at an angle through the new guide. Easy, just make sure the belt isn't twisted.

Oh ok that cover just pops off, couldnt figure it out.
