Default Powersteering Problems

Ok My Car Has Been Sitting For A Year Or So And Im Going In For A Tune This Friday, I Noticed The Steering Wheel Was Kinda Stiff A Bit And Well So I Put Powersteering Fluid In It!! And For Some Reason Its Still Stiff.. Is There By Any Chance It'll Losen Up??? Thnks For The Feedback!

the fluid probably needs to be changed, wouldnt doubt if some humidity and air gotten into the system...

you can have a shop do it with a machine or you can get something to just suck the fluid out of the system...its a little harder that way though...
