Cam bearing problem

Cam bearing problem So I just gotmy LS1 back from getting new bearings put in it, and when i went to put my cam in the motor it would slide in til the very edge of the first bearing where it would stop, i have a custom gride cam so i decided to try my stock cam and the stockcam did the same thing! Any ideas what the heck is going on??? and has anyone had this problem??? Thanks
