13111 insufficient switching Vs. exhaust leak
Ok, so I ran 13111's awhile back and I had heater element and switching codes, but little did I know that i had a small exhaust leak on the top of my collectors (both sides). Could these codes be coming from the exhaust leak and not from the sensors? Could the 13111's be a good alternative if I eliminate the leak (welding up the slip fits).

I had the same problem, It started after i put LT headers on, The o2's are so far down stream that the exhaust cools down before it reaches the sensor, I took header rap and rap the header tubs about haft way down and never had the code again. Some people has this problem and some don't. I have a SD tune now and removed the header rap and every this is fine now. A good tuner can tune it out for you. And yes if you have a leak in the header flange at the heads it could cause the code also.

chances are any oxygen sensor is going to give you the trouble code as SOME POINT, either turn the codes off and fix the leak.. OR turn the codes off
... no really, please fix both, turn the codes off and fix the leak
