I've seen raw pipes before from them, same shape...
I don't know if ceramic coating is standard with them now or if it's still an option.
I hear their headers aren't bad..

I think they might be an older set of Stainless Works C5 headers.
True, they do appear similar to TPIS headers but as you said, those were usually coated mild steel, never stainless.

2nd that. TPIS never made SS.
In fact, that's pretty much the only thing they can be. Design is totally different from Kooks, AR, LG, Dynatech. Only other ss header is Stainless Works.
TPIS, FLP, SS Autochrome, etc. are all mild steel.
