Rattling noise when I turn the car off

Rattling noise when I turn the car off I just bought a 2003 z06 and was wondering if it is normal (he says it is) that when I turn the car off it kinda rumbles/rattles till its totally off. It sounds like its behind the engine maybe in the bell housing...... please help Thanks

It's probably coming from your exhaust pipe. The slightest looseness at the hanger clips will get you this rattling. It's not a serious issue. It's just a question of whether you find it embarrasing in front of a hot chick.

Ok thanks alot! I guess it probrably is the play in the clutch/trans gears because I notice if I hold the clutch in when I turn it off it wont make the niose only if im not on the clutch it makes the noise.
