Default Best 19" tires

What does everyone think the best tire to hook up on street is for rear OEM 19 x 10 C6 rims since they dont make any drag radials for 19s?

I was thinking BF Goodrich G-force T/A kdw's 275/35/19

I second the KDW. Great performance, tread life, look. Only drawback is the noise. But on a F-Body, everything else is noisy anyway!

BTW, the proper size is 275/30/19. The 35 series is about 4% larger than stock.

General Exclaim UHP's are getting EXCELLENT reviews and are VERY reasonably priced ($158 each) in 275/30/19. I've got Michelin Pilot Sport A/S in 275/30/19 right now, but when they're gone, I plan to try the Generals.

I just stuck Kuhmo Ecsta SPT 285/35/19 on the rear of my WS6 (OEM C6 wheels). They are somewhat grippy, but not great. I am putting down around 350 rwhp and it won't hook in first, spins bad slaming second but hooks shortly after, and no spinning in 3rd at all. This may not be too accurate because I am doing all this on a slipping (badly) clutch. They aren't bad for the price.

+1 on the Generals. Had them on my 19's when I had them and they were excellent. Don't think you can beat them for the price that's for sure.
