Wear on cam lobes

Wear on cam lobes Can anyone tell me if this looks like bad/abnormal wear? Car has 114k miles and a small cam, XFI/XER lobes on the cam in the pics. Good? Bad? Ugly? Thank you. Tried searching but search is being odd again...

Wear looks good. Heat treatment looks good too.
