2nd whine i noticed that yesterday, its the first time the truck gets tuned after the t56 swap, i notist a whine that comes from the tranny only in 2nd, when i speed it gets louder but nothing in other gears. anyone ever seen this?what is it?

Well it is obviously 2nd gear noise. What shifter and upper handle are you using / what body-closure boot are you using and does it have any gaps at the shifter? These are the isolation tools used in the car. You may need to "tune " the installation/ insulation.

i have a b&m shifter, im using the stick that cam with the shifter. do you think this could happen by a tune, cuz it happened the day after the tune.

The tune I'm talking about is the isolation. The B&M shifters and sticks I've seen have no isolation at all.This would let noise come up from the tunnel.If it started after a tune( was nit there before) check for a gap in the body-closure boot. The tunnel should be fully isolated from the cabin. Any gap around the shifter will allow noise in.Check all shifter positions .
